Our Story
MustEatsAmsterdam started in 2023 when a group of food-loving friends realized that finding truly exceptional dishes in Amsterdam was harder than it should be. Review sites were cluttered with sponsored content, and most recommendations focused on restaurants rather than specific dishes.
We decided to create something different: a curated guide that focuses on individual dishes — the apple pie that's worth crossing the city for, the bitterballen that locals swear by, the innovative plates that push boundaries.
